Printing return shipping labels

I'm still confused on this proxy shipping thing. I figure I can do a MEDIUM flat rate Priority Mail box and I have set up a USPS account. However, I must be missing something because it isn't clear to me where you click, or which option you select to print a return label on USPS.com. I could just print a label as though I were Joel sending it back to me but...

In the dates it gives it does not just let me select as far ahead as, for instance, Monday the 15th after the race to ship it back.

Print a shipping label like Joel is sending it to you, select furthest out date you can (3 days out I think), print out, put in box...

The return dates never matter, it's all good. Glad to see you jumping in. It'll all become second nature.
