I always used DD4H BASX wheels with good results, (together with 93TX axles) however I am looking into using a set of RAGE wheels I ordered a while back but never got around using. I looked at the wheels and I noticed the inner hub has been trued resulting in a flat surface instead of the usual coned. My question is will this flatter surface on the inner hub give more friction when rubbing against the car body, I normally have bare wood burnished with graphite where the hub touches the body. I am mainly worried about the DFW since that will rub against the body the most.

We are also planning to use the Red Rocket wax this year instead of the old DD4H black ice system. Will this RR preform as well as the old system with graphite or is the difference more pronounced when running oil?

Last question, how would you go about wheel reprep, I have different set of wheels/axles that ran 6-8 runs each one on oil and other on graphite, would you reprep those (only clean outside or also the bores) and if yes how?

Sorry to put so many questions in one post, however I didn't want to start multiple posts.
