Super raised front wheel

What is the rule concerning the the raised wheel when it is "on the hood" ,so to speak, of the street stock car. Does it have to turn and what angle can it be set at?

These is a lot of room to interpret . you could actually use the wheel as a hood ornament and as far as friction is concerned you approach eliminator class. Hmmmmmm

I believe if you run the mid America race it must be able to spin

If you lay it flat on the hood it won't pass inspection for Street Stock:

"4 Axles & Wheels must be installed to the side of the car body directly across from one another / No more than a 45 degree angle"
