Did they change the ingredients? I don't see the Dupont logo anymore!

Before I ever heard of "Teflon Tuff", I used discarded nail polish (sealer I think) of my wife's around the axle holes and then gave them a couple of top coats of "Paint On Graphite". Not sure it helped or not, but we put a couple of coats of the paint on graphite on there and a couple of other places. The stuff dried pretty quick. I felt comfortable using it in a graphite required Scout race.

Now that we use nail buffers to clean razor wheels and some people use nail dryers to accelerate the bore wax drying out process, there does seem to be a real trend !

Ahh that was the wrong pick, I ordered the one on the left and got this one. Still think its ok?

It does look photoshopped! lol

Pretty sure they don't make it anymore, although there is still plenty available.

I ordered some awhile back and one of the bottles is a bit more yellowish than the other...I figured because of the age.

The top bottle is nail hardener. The bottom bottle is clear nail polish #1. I have both. The top bottle isn't fake. The while thing is a sticker and the red part says Teflon made by DuPont

I found me some Sally Hansen's. I don't think using it has made my car faster. What am I doing wrong?

You need to polish and buff that up some more. You can do it yourself, or there are places you can go to have it done professionally (search for "manicure" in the yellow pages). I recommend the latter if you want the car to be really fast.

Dude, I have never seen so many imperfections!!

1. That will take at least 4 coats with sanding in between!
2. If you can't get the imperfections out I would burnish in some graphite (kind of like a cover up)
3. If that fails find a nice thumb on Google Images, print it off on Label paper and adhere, then clear coat!
