When I was playing golf 3-4 times a week I carried a 2-3 handicap.. Then this Pinewood derby obsession happen and that was the end of golfing... Well today I went and play my first round in 13 months with some old buddies of mine... I left the house at 8:30 AM with $100 bill.. Told the wife I would be back by 2 Pm for Easter dinner.. There was 2 groups of 4. My round of golf cost me $55. That left $45 the gamble with.. This course is par 71, long and tight..and tuck back tight greens.. I shot 37 on the front and a 39 on the back for a round of 76.. When I left I had a new putter I won and $125 cash... Well looks like I'm back to playing golf again and entering some junior AM tour. Around the area this summer and shooting that and not picking a club up in over a year...I'll take $125 and coverin my golf everyday of the week...
