Why do I see a lot of yellow wheels?

Nah for real prob the fact it's easier to see when they get dirty with the yellow wheels ....clean wheels = fast car or a lot of peeps like yellow wheels
It is true that they are fast. The plastic was harder in the yellow than the other colors, and the bores are polished, it really takes a shine.
If you have wheels of another color, race them.The top racers may have discovered something, but, I can tell you with all certainty that they could beat most (in particular, me) with any color wheels. At one time, I was focused on the wax everyone was using (part of the joke I use every now and then), oil, wheel vendor, weighting, etc. and believed if I knew all of this, I could just be a top racer. Sadly, its not true. It's more in the application / process.
But yellow wheels look promising to me as well (although its hard to see in the bores because of the color as compared to black)...

This has go to be some kind of marketing ploy...Someone has a ton of extra yellow wheels and now we will see a plethera of yellow wheels the next few races!!! HAHAHA
I’ve heard the yellow wheels are imbued with the skills of Chuck Norris, even going as far as containing hair from his beard, henceforth making them awesome.
I don't believe that because there isn't a device strong enough to cut through his hair. Maybe he just tells it to leave though.
im telling you fellas....if you want a fast pwd car use red wheels ….but if you don't wanna listen to ole freaky just go ahead and use those ole junky yellow ones and be a second placer

Wouldn't be surprised to hear a pro has already run them. The new edition are all crazy looking under a blacklight.
Yeah, I saw these at our scout shop and is the one new color I didn’t buy. I can’t imagine we would be racing in the dark! A proper color name for them would be semen white.Give it time...
