2015 RULE CHANGES!

how will nationals work with the am and pro divisions within basx and ss? will they run all together then split the finals (with the over under times) having separate finals for am and pro?

or will it be based off of where you were running in the ICE series?

In general, I am confused about the whole joint Mid America / NPWDRL race in April. The MA rules and classes are very different than NPWDRL. So will the standard MA classes be run in addition to the NPWDRL classes?

Think of it as a race in a race. You have the Mid America with there rules. Then you will have the Nationals with the NPWDRL rule set.

I was kind if wondering that as well. So both will be held in the same venue? Will the MA still have their own pro class races or are those going to all be handled under the NPWDRL?

Or are both staying separate and just being held at the same time and nearby the MA venue? Not sure how many guys enter the MA pro classes from other leagues. The MA I thought made for a kind of neutral party for seeing some cross league competition. Even if the other leagues are a lot smaller. I know at least Spacewalker came to last years Nationals. Hoping to see more cross over, even if it is just for nationals.

We are road tripping the league track out there!!

Again, thanks QT.

And it actually looks like most of this info is available from the MA website.

There's even a link to the NPWDRL national championship page from there, which has been updated with the 2015 info:

To answer ngyoung's question, from the MA website it appears as if the NPWDRL classes have replaced the MA Pro-* divisions from years past (Pro-Stock, Pro-Modified, etc.).

That's awesome! THanks for doing the homework for my lazy bum LB. I was hoping that was how it would work but was thinking that would be too good to be true. Big props to John and Greg for fully integrating both the biggest scout derby and pro derby of the year. This definitely brings both events a huge step forward in being the Superbowl of PWD racing.

I know with most on here this is a touchy subject but I am curious. Now the times are .02 faster than last race what is cut off for AM to have to move PRO? Next month When I register I want to be in the right class.

Thanks
