I've noticed some chipping on the inside edge of the DFW on our car during testing.   The axle is bent 3 degrees and the wheel gravitates in to the body of the car.   It must be happening when it touches the rail.  Is this a common thing?  I hate to replace the wheel once I get the car perfectly dialed in, but does the chipping matter?
