I bought a bunch of Cheetah v4 wheels for my SRs from an ex-racer. I didn't realize that they were cut with coned hubs (to run reversed wheels).

I have 7 brand new Cheetah v4 2g wheels that have inner hub coning to run reversed (the hub is cut — ref. to DD4H's Cheetah v5) $7 ea, plus shipping (30% discount)

I also have 3 more that have four runs on them and my own Half-fast Crash Prep™ , $5 ea.

You can still run these on your cars. You just need to run a washer to space the wheel back out.

I bent my axle sized on a hubbed wheel...

But, you're right. Spacers would definitely provide me the cheaper fix...

So buy a set of long hub wheels to run up front and use the short hub wheels in the rear?

I do have a set of long-hubbed ones, thankfully. I just need to do some extra swapping and prepping. This was one of those cases where it's last minute, and suddenly you find out that one of the things isn't quite as you expect, but it looks like it'll work, so ship it! When the cars came back, and there was no red mist of panic, I saw the wheels were pretty hampered in their current configuration.

It's all good. Order's been placed. I should be mid-pack in no time.
