What I had envisioned was like a fender skirt molded onto the car and with a modified tool you would be able to make certain measurements, that way you would have the cool factor of the fenders but also the ability to comply within the rules and compete...but if that is not how it works I will just chalk it up to one of my looked good on paper ideas haha. thank you for educating me!!
its all good, it may sound paranoid, but it is better to cover all bases to level the playing field for all than to give ourselfs headaches durring inspection. and i have had a book ful of things that looked good on paper but got shot down.
