I am helping out nephew with a new car and shifting the rear axle back to 5/8" off the back. Planning on distance between rear and front axles being 4.5", so front axle will be 1⅞" from the front edge.

Question would be is there any concern of clearance not being sufficient for higher quality a metal track?

Any thoughts on front of the car being slightly rounded on the corners vs straight? Trying to improve on my times from last year for the adult bracket. This is the car so far.

The back will be a 2.3 oz tungsten, then other eight pocket will have 7-9 ¼" tungsten cubes.
