Ok so I know this debate has been brought up before and I'm not asking which one is better. I know they both are completely different tools. My question is are they both a true 3 degree cant? I have recently tried the GB tool and when I tried putting on the wheel weight system they're sitting a lot lower than when I drill using the silver bullet. I would say it's approximately 1/8"+ lower when using GB tool. So I am thinking it could be only one of 2 things. The angle is different on these 2 tools or the GB tool is drilling lower on the car body. Has anybody else tried running the wheel weight system using these tools? If so, have you seen the same difference I am seeing? Thanks in advance

I have both tools. My GB tool locates the hole a little higher up on the body. The goat boy hole location is about where I used to drill my holes with a silver bullet. I used wheel weights a few times and they worked fine.

The Silver bullet pro locates the holes pretty low on the body. You stated that the GB tool is putting the hole lower on the body. Are you putting your car bodies in the tool the wrong way? My Silver bullet pro puts the wheel holes lower on the body than the GB tool.

Yes I'm drilling it the right way. The bottom of the car is facing down on GB tool. I wonder if there's any advantage/disadvantage to having the weights hang lower on the car. As lomg as its not hitting the center rail I think it should be fine but I dont know if the other racers would agree with that
