Who All Gets WorKing On Cars, TheN Next You Know Its Way Late? I Myself Always Do, LasT Nite The Excitement Of Getting My Order From John Got Me And I Stayed Up Until 2:45 Prepping And Building 3 Basx Cars (Two Mine, One My Dads). Now Im Dead Tired At Work And Just Want To Go Home And Run Them Down THe Track.... lol

I work on stuff right when I get home from work and usually never stay in the garage working past dinner. I might go out to finish the immediate task I was on but that usually doesn't take long.
Many, many, MANY, late night early morning builds and testing. I try to keep mine to the weekends though.
its no uncommon for me to look up and realize its midnight and everyone else went to bed....this used to happen a fair amount when I started but now, after many discussions LOL, I make sure I either start after ive spent quality time with the family or I set a time limit to stop so I do have time for my wife and kids....
It has meant that I now start my process for each race many days earlier than I used to since I have less time each day to work on my cars....but I think its better that way in the big picture and maybe even more important, has allowed me to slow down a bit and be patient.....some of my worst mistakes and frustrations have come from trying to do too much at one time at 1 am in the morning...spreading it out has forced me to slow down which I am pretty sure has led to less errors.

Ya I did a 12:30 last night, and that was just getting my new drill prepped/setup and 3 cars drilled. Man I won't know what to do when I get things figured out a little closer, I actually might be able to send the same car in twice! lol
Last night's work session went until 4 this morning. And then two hungry monsters woke me up at 8 looking for breakfast. Good thing that they are cute and hard to replace....
This happens often for me as I wait till the kids are in bed to start working on my cars.
