Stock wheel and axle weight?

I have a relatively simple question that I haven't found an answer to yet. How much do the stock wheels and axles weigh right out of the box? I know there's going to be some variation but need a rough idea. I forgot to weigh my son's car with the wheels and axles at the construction workshop our pack had, and I don't have easy access to a scale. I'd like the car to be as close as possible to 5 oz at check in. Thanks.

They weigh just under half an ounce for four wheel and four axles.

Also, if you live near a post office that has one of those self-service kiosks, you can use the scale to weigh your son's car. Just bring some of the top-up weights that you plan to use and add them, and the car, to the scale until you have what you want.

You can also check this chart we created last year: http://www.pinewoodderbyonline.com/post/civil-war-talks-wheel-chart-7428308?pid=1287374711

It shows stock wheels weighing 2.7g each.

Oh, and I have DD4H Dynasty 92x Axles (4) weighing in at 3.0g together, so for four wheels and axles:

Axles 3g x1
Wheels 2.7g x4

Total Weight= 13.8g = 0.486 oz

Scout Axles may be slightly different...

Updated to reflect discussion below...

According to my most sensitive scale, a stock BSA axle weighs in at .87g (.031oz)

CivilWar, I believe you mean .8gr. each for the .092 axles. The wheels and axles should weigh 14gr. or .49oz.

Disregard, double post!!

It's possible I goofed, my notes from last year aren't clear if I weighed 4 axles or just one, you are probably right. My total does seem high and doesn't match my total weight, so I bet your right, my total should be .49oz

My mistake...

Thanks for the quick responses everyone. I appreciate the help. We're going to try and get the car put together this weekend to give us time to tweek on it if need be.
