Putting together a car out of old parts for a winter fest race. I have a set of stock wheels with the bores polished no machine work and two Dynasty Nitro wheels. Would you put the stock wheels on all four corners or two stock wheels on the front and the Nitro wheels on the rear because there lighter and machined. what do you guys think.

I would put them on the front if it were me. Especially if you are allowed to cant your wheels, as the DFW rides on its outside edge. I would want my best wheel as my DFW

I am not to sure about Chief's answer. If you cant the back, fine. However, to set Veer right, the front is also canted the oposite way. All my SS as well as BSA cars run on the edges both front and back. So my opinion is put best wheels on the rear and canted, front wheel opposite cant on the front. I could be wrong, but that is my opinion.

Thanks guys you got me thinking and that could be dangerous
hmmm

Now that's a 1st class offer from a 1st class company!
clap
Very cool of you to offer this to him John.

/images/boards/smilies/nono.gif I stand corrected...However, I must say I really like DD4H's idea...Good wheels all the way around /images/boards/smilies/thumb.gif.

John thank you for the offer you are one class act. It's unfortunate for me that the race is monday so I'm going to put it together with the parts I have and go have some fun monday. Thanks Craig
