I have been following this thread and the other one about cleaning the wheels off before the race, complete irony today that my nephews car finishes second by 1/1000th of a second total time to a car with the wheels smothered in graphite, they were literally grey, I couldnt believe it. they let you relube before they take the cars for the council race and the winners were running the wheels through a pile of graphite on a plate , got to talking to the dad and figured if you cant beat em join em, i rolled my car through the lucky plate also. graphite on the wheels didnt beat us though car would get loose halfway down the home stretch , wiggles cost me more than a 1000th i am sure. need to learn how to steer a 4 wheel touching car. but off to council none the less..... have pics and video will post a thread tonight or tomorrow, have to get my daughters car boxed up for the post office in the morning.
